Kokila Patel PT, CYI

Kokila is a Physical Therapist and Certified Yoga Therapist, with over 25 years of experience in treating patients with predominantly low back injuries. She received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from M.S. University of Baroda in 1978, where she also received her certification in Therapeutic Yoga. Her emphasis is in manual therapy and orthopedics. She specializes in spinal disorders & repetitive stress injuries. She worked in Hospitals and Outpatient clinics treating varied diagnosis until 1989, when she founded Tri-City Physical Therapy. Kokila also specializes in Therapeutic Yoga for the back. She is also a member of APTA and is on the Q.A. committee at PTPN. Email: Kokila@tricitypt.com

Belinda Ventura, PT

Belinda Ventura, PT

Belinda graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Perpetual Help College of Leguana, Philippines in 1997. Her approach is more of "eclectic" since "every individual is unique and different." She believes that the best results come from a physical therapists dedication on the treatment with emphasis on manual therapy, joint mobility, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release and patient participation, which includes home exercises programs, patient education on ergonomic set-up, proper body mechanics, relaxation technique, and pain management. She enjoys treating various orthopedic cases including the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, foot, and ankle.

Mona Rajpal, PT

Mona Rajpal, PT

Mona is a physical therapist with special interests in manual therapy, orthopedics, as well as pediatrics. Her experience include hospital and outpatient clinic settings treating patients with various diagnoses in the areas of general medical, orthopedics, neurological dysfunctions, post-operative cases, repetitive stress injuries, chronic pain management, pediatric dysfunctions and developmental delay. Mona received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Samuel Merritt College, California. She is a member of the APTA. Mona is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Urvashi Patel, Pediatric Physical Therapist

Urvashi received her masters degree specialized in Developmental Disabilities from New York University in 1987, She loves to work with children from birth to 18 years of age. Besides seeing orthopedic and Neurological disorders she also specializes in Cranio-Sacaral Therapy and Infant massage.

Dhruma Jhumkawala, PTA

Dhruma Jhumkawala, PTA

Dhruma graduated as Physical Therapist Assistant from Ohlone College with the highest honors. She has served in Fremont and Union City for more than 16 months. She likes to incorporate different techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, modalities, and electrical stimulation in her treatment. She maintains a strong focus on patient improvement. She enjoys working with patients of all ages.

Hazel has earned a Bachelor Degree of Physical Therapy from Emilio Aguinaldo College (Manila, Philippines) in 2000. She is working as a Physical Therapist Assistant and provides one on one care with an emphasis on hands on care, Her specialty is in stretching and strengthening, soft tissue massage, myofascial release, core stabilization and therapeutic exercises with a goal to relieve pain, improve mobility and restore maximal function. She 's has been serving Tri-City Physical Therapy since 2006 and serving the community with a smile.
