Insurances

We accept most insurances, self-pay and Direct Access*.
Good Faith Estimate  available on request for self-pay patients or those who choose not to bill insurance for services.

* per Direct Access Law, you can be seen for Physical Therapy Services for 12 visits or 45 days whichever comes first, without a referral from your Physician, pending approval from your Insurance
